For Meradh Vendors · Last updated: 22 August 2026
This policy defines your fulfilment obligations as a Vendor on Meradh Luxurious. Meeting these service levels keeps your account in good standing and ensures a good customer experience.
You must confirm and hand over each order to the assigned logistics partner within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders not dispatched within the SLA may be auto-cancelled and can affect your seller performance metrics.
Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit, using tamper-evident packaging. Include the correct invoice/label generated by the platform. Poor packaging leading to transit damage is your responsibility.
Shipping is arranged through the platform's integrated logistics partner (iThink Logistics) and its courier network, based on your registered pickup address and warehouse. Keep your pickup address and stock availability accurate. Ensure someone is available to hand over shipments during pickup windows.
Shipment status flows automatically from the courier to the platform (dispatch → in transit → delivered). You can monitor order and shipment status from your dashboard. Do not mark orders shipped without an actual handover.
If a shipment cannot be delivered (incorrect address, customer unavailable, refused), it may be returned to origin (RTO). RTO items are handled per your Seller Agreement; restocking follows the same inspection process as customer returns.
Consistently high dispatch breaches, cancellations, or damaged shipments may result in warnings, reduced visibility, settlement holds, or account deactivation, as set out in the Vendor Terms.
